Together, we immerse ourselves in Mediterranean cuisine—shaped by sun and sea, infused with the scent of fresh herbs—and refine it with oriental depth, African warmth, and classic European craftsmanship.

I believe that truly good food is born from three things:
honest ingredients, genuine craftsmanship, and a love for enjoyment.
That is why we work with fresh, seasonal, and whenever possible, locally sourced products.
Every ingredient has character—and our aim is to bring that character to life.

I will show you how to transform simple, natural ingredients into dishes that are not only delicious, but nourishing for both body and soul.

Possible Themes & Menus

Each course has its own culinary character, for example:

  • “Mediterranean Classics Reimagined” – fresh herbs, fish, olive oil, and sunshine on the palate

  • “Oriental Elegance” – spices, aromas, and the harmony between sweetness and depth

  • “African Comfort & Soul” – earthy flavors, plantain, peanut, yam, and heartfelt cooking

  • “Sweet Craftsmanship” – handmade pralines, desserts, and delicate creations

All menus are seasonal and individually curated.


Setting & Organization

  • Location: by individual arrangement (e.g. private kitchen, finca, or event venue)

  • Duration: approx. 3–4 hours, including shared dining

  • Group size: ideally 2–15 people

  • Included: all ingredients, accompanying beverages, recipes, and small surprises

Upon request, the course can also be booked as a private experience or corporate event—with a tailored menu, table décor, and service.
